This charming two-story cottage is a gathering place for both our community and the communities around us. Whether it's a birthday party, corporate retreat, or faith service, you'll find it's the perfect place to make your own.
Common Areas
Exeter Homeowner's Association boasts an impressive amount of green space, exposed natural rock, professional landscaping, and wonderful places to explore. Take an afternoon stroll down over 2 miles of paved trails, gaze over a beautiful pond rife with fish, birds, and other animals, or have an early morning picnic in our dozens of special hiding spots. There's no limit to how much you can explore!
Facilities
If you're an active person, you're going to enjoy our many options to keep healthy and fit! Start off right with an early morning run on over 2 miles of private, paved trails and sidewalks or enjoy a late afternoon game of doubles tennis with your friends. Our basketball court is perfect for a quick pick up game for local teenagers and adults and the open fields are ideal for an impromptu game of football or soccer. The kids will enjoy the many options for playgrounds and the refreshing pool in the summer.
Playgrounds
It's time for a fun-filled afternoon complete with adventurous pirates, expeditions into the jungle, and princesses fighting dragons in the castle! With four, unique playgrounds scattered throughout our community, you're never far from an imagination-fueled foray that can last for hours. Our playgrounds have multiple slides, monkey bars, swings, and sensory-friendly and interactive features, everyone is sure to have a blast! So pack a picnic and stay a while, you're sure to experience something new!
Pool
Splish splash, your summer is calling! Enjoy an Olympic-sized swimming pool complete with kid's beach area and waterfall-mushroom that is sure to thrill and delight residents of all ages! Whether you're looking to relax, get in some laps to keep in shape, or enjoy time with your friends, this is the one place everyone is sure to be in the summer. Our friendly lifeguard service keeps you in shape, our pool house facility will help you keep nice and clean, and the pool is sure ot keep you cool on the hot summer days.
